What We Collect
Through our forms, we collect only the information you enter yourself: your name, phone number, email address, company details, BRIEF answers, change requests and uploaded files. A one-way hash of your IP address is stored to prevent abuse.
Website Analytics (Google Analytics)
We use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used. It collects statistical data such as pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location (country, city) and on-site interactions, and may use cookies in your browser to do so. Information you enter in our forms is not sent to Google Analytics. You can opt out by blocking cookies in your browser settings or by installing the official Google Analytics Opt-out browser add-on.
How We Use It
To respond to your enquiry, prepare your website and carry out agreed changes. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising purposes.
Where It Is Stored
In protected storage on Cloudflare infrastructure (D1 and R2), accessible only to SpectrTech.
How Long We Keep It
Unsold demo websites are deleted after 30 days, and saved BRIEF drafts after 60 days. To have any other data deleted, please contact us.
Browser Storage
So that you don’t lose what you have entered, drafts are stored in your browser (localStorage and IndexedDB). They are cleared once the form is submitted.
